Party Girl!!

Hello Everyone, long time no blog again!! So as the title suggests, Holly has been partying this week!! On Friday it was her Art Class Christmas Party, you can see her above in front of the Christmas Tree. It was great fun, there was music, party food and even Santa!! He was a bit of a scary Santa, but Holly didn't mind and even had her photo taken with him. Santa gave her an early present too, a puzzle.

The weather had been pretty bad since Friday, here is Holly and Talia looking out at the snow on Saturday morning....

So Sunday was a very special day for Holly, her first Birthday Party!! We decided just to have quite a small one for lots of reasons, so just had our close family and friends over in the afternoon. Here is the 3 of us before the party and Holly looking gorgeous in her party frock...

Kory and Matthew were at Holly's party, here they are, Kory was the only one who would wear his party hat....

Holly's cake had the 'Fimbles' on it, from her favourite TV programme.....

So that was the party, it was great fun, and thank you to everyone who came along to share Holly's special day. Also big thanks to my Mum, Granny Forbes, who helped us get organised in the morning, she was a BIG help.

Holly and I have just been up to our usual stuff since then, I haven't been feeling very well (quite a lot of us has been struck by a mystery bug since the party). We went up to see Kory and Julie yesterday and we were mean Mummies and dressed them in their Christmas outfits to get a photo!! How cute....

I had the midwife yesterday and everything is fine with the bump, it was kicking away and not letting us hear it's hearbeat, Ian reckons it is going to be a boy it kicks so much! I also took Holly to clinic for her 1 year check up, she was 28lbs 4 ozs and 78.5cm, a big girl!!

I will post another entry later, as today is Holly's actual birthday, but that's it for now...
